Agree with you in … Agree with you in everything except for the ‘cold war Eastern Bloc institution’ comment. Have you personally experienced what it was like?!
It is true that her … It is true that her instructional voice wouldn’t be relaxing during a treatment, but I would think that she would speak and do so softly only when necessary during a service. Her personality would make me comfortable, though. She seems like a very warm and friendly person. The room, though, how depressing. It reminds of a cold war Eastern Bloc institution. Even the blanket is a drab color.

im used to that … im used to that kind of voice. i live near chicago and its either ditzy sweet voice or that. it rlly doesnt bother me. i turn off the sound ;p
