    Just goes to show you how ANYONE of any level of conditioning can participate in these workouts. No one is left behind and everyone has fun while challenging themselves. Don’t fool yourself…working out alone doesn’t get you the extra push that you need to get RESULTS. And walking? Walking is better than sitting, Just what do you want for yourself? You want the BEST! So, get up and get outside !
